They are free of charge from Invenias by Bullhorn, that we supply as part of the package, but are released on the proviso that users are fully trained on how to use them. The user must also know what data needs to be inputted for it to show on the reports. Invenias do not provide this training but have engaged SearchEx Training as the sole supplier of this course..
The package comprises three, up to 1 hour, private courses for each report, given online with up to one hour follow up Q&A, for a maximum of 20 trainees. Once we receive your order we will call to arrange the time and date of the training and installation of the reports at your convenience.

Buk conversion of CV's / Resumes to Invenias person records
Adds a contact record to Invenias containing contact name, email address, phone numbers, postal address, company name, current position and LinkedIn address if given in CV. If a contact email is already on the database, the details will not be imported, but the CV will be attached to the existing invenias record and available to Invenias search tools. The system uses Sovren world class parsing technology.

Super users are the designated resources within your organisation who will learn how Invenias works and transfer that knowledge to end users. They will become your internal experts on the system and will be trained to have a level of technical skill high enough to navigate Invenias and its add-ons, learn how it works, and teach it to others.
The training assumes the user has a good basic understanding of Invenias as the course expands upon this to cover all areas of the product. If the super user is new to invenias they should also have a two hour New Starter training course first.
It is performed online and is a two hour training followed by two on hour Q&A workshops.
