Our People
The founder Ken Fifield was with Invenias for over 10 years, almost from the formation of the company and has been demonstrating Invenias and training customers ever since. He has implemented Invenias in over 400 executive search companies and has extensive product knowledge. He is one of the first ten Invenias employees and the fourth longest serving.
Our Techniques
Training Invenias is best done experientially, and we use the EDICTS methodology. It starts with the tutor
(E)xplaining what task will be done and the context around it. This is then
(D)emonstrated to show how to do it. The student then
(I)mitates this and is
(C)orrected if required.
(T)raining continues by trying again until the skill is grounded and then completed with
(S)ummary of what was learnt.
It’s a simple, time proven technique of learning the world over and works very well with Invenias students!
We have extensive lesson plans for core subjects that engages consultants and maximises productive learning.
Custom requirements modify these plans to your needs, especially useful when creating best practice courses to ensure new starters follow your path for success.
