These can be followed up with monthly Question & Answer (Q&A) sessions to answer any ongoing queries.

Customised private courses are great for indoctrinating new starters and also to get current users up to a good consistent standard and best practice. They also keep current with any new features Invenias release and are updated automatically.

They are charged on an hourly, half or daily basis which is estimated after the free initial consultation.

Train-the-Trainer

With many consultants to train you might want your own in-house experts. It gives staff a local person to guide them. This is also great for new starters.

The Train-The-Trainer programme identifies what functions staff need support with. Relevant lesson plans are created and advice and guidance are given on the training aims and content.

It takes time for your new trainer to get totally familiar with the product, so we train the new intake of staff together with the train-the-trainees so they can see what they need to learn and the types of sessions they need to run. If the train-the-trainer does not know Invenias they might need to be enrolled on additional modules to learn.

The trainer is then tasked with a series of modules to research and hone their skills. When they can demonstrate their ability to train to a high standard, they are ready. With this experience they can go out and build up their training skills and become a productive train-the-trainer of the team.
