The people template comprises of 165 fields that can be imported, they are in summary:

  • Emails, phones, home and business addresses

  • Company

  • Job title, role, start date, end date, status, type, internal comments, job description, basic salary, bonus, benefits, currency, permanent, interim or non-exec

  • Up to 5 previous roles with job title, role, start date, end date, status, type, internal comments, job description, basic salary, bonus, benefits, currency, permanent, interim or non-exec, reason for leaving.

  • Social media, LinkedIn, Skype, Messenger, Website, LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, Twitter

  • Client, Candidate, Supplier or Partner flag

  • Notepad (a single cell for notes)

  • Headline Summary

  • Internal comments (person)

  • Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status

If the primary contact email is already on the database, the details will not be imported.
