This implementation package for Invenias Automation is designed to make it easy for executive search firms to set up and use the product.
This package provides 6 training modules with step-by-step instructions and a checklist of activities to complete, and then a customising section.
In the customising section we take pre-built integrations or blueprints that can be used directly or be customised if they do not do exactly what is required.
This package is sufficient to assist with creating up to 15 automations covering the vast majority of related applications, like sending an email, text, survey, etc., essential for prospect nurturing, marketing, candidate processing, and database maintenance.
The integrations work with the systems you already have to save you time and deliver a better experience for both candidates and clients.

This is the standard minimum package that all new users will receive. It emphasises the use of standard Blueprints, which cover the vast majority of applications. Users will graduate with 15+ automations after receiving an introduction to creating and modifying customer automations. This service is expected to take up to 20 hours to complete and will take 8-10 weeks from start to finish. If the estimated hours and/or duration exceed those in this document, SearchEx will estimate the hours required to complete the project and provide a change order.
